Galaxy Appliances provides high quality and well-engineered laundry appliances. These units have a shipping weight between 135 lbs - 185 lbs and are only shipped on freight trucks (i.e. they are too large for UPS/Fedex delivery).

Freight deliveries are done by national or regional freight carriers. Depending upon your location, the shipping cost is between $130 and $179 (for the 48 contiguous states only). Standard shipping is to deliver to First floor Only - Outside the main door (Inside Delivery is provided at an additional cost). Each additional floor will be extra $30/each.

When you receive the unit, if any freight damage is observed, you have the right to reject the shipment. Once you have signed for a shipment and received it, the freight companies allow for 10 days to report any hidden damage so that a claim can be filed.

Restocking Fee Policy
We will refund 90% of the amount, excluding freight provided the machine is returned to us in brand new condition; in the original box. The cost of the freight for return will be paid by the customers. Please take a look our return policy for your reference.
